All this year Daniel Scott – Executive Chef at the prestigious 20 Stories restaurant in Manchester – has been spending two mornings every week volunteering in the Back on Track kitchen. He’s been using his time and skills to support our members and volunteers as they learn to cook, and it’s been an amazing experience having him on the team. To mark World Food Day 2023 we welcomed the cameras into the Back on Track kitchen for a chat with Dan, our Catering Manager Caron and two of our volunteers.
