Since the first ever day I entered into Back on Track I felt something in mind instantly, I have never been to a place like it before, everyone is so friendly and helpful, not just to me but to everyone in the building, it’s all like a big family.
I have met some amazing people on the way, at first I had done the Good Mood Food course, which was a fantastic experience, which I really enjoyed completing the work sessions, and then I had come to the end of that course and now I am currently on a Health And Social Care course which is coming to an end also.
Since I have been on this course I have really enjoyed it, meeting new people and making friends, there has been so many laughs on the way, everyone here is amazing, they have all nurtured my needs and just kept me safe on the way and they have certainly put me BACK ON MY TRACK.
I am starting 2 more courses here at the end of the month and at the start which will be very good as I am learning more skills on the way on my placements here, I am/have become more confident in being able to be more sociable and get along with people, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who I see that is struggling and in need of any help with whatever issue they have.
Since my time here is now coming to an end I am still going to stick to my programme of being confident and being sociable, this has really made me feel different in myself and I feel so much better in myself and I now feel like a more respectful member of society, yes I have got issues of my own but I can only do the right thing in life and that is to be as helpful to myself and anyone who wants/needs help in any way.
I’m now coming to end of my journey in writing this, and I just want to say thank you so much for all your help and support and guidance which you have/given shown towards me, I think all of you are so amazing and I wish you all luck for the future and I look forward to seeing you in the new term.
