Vice chair (organisational development)
We are currently seeking to appoint a new trustee to act as vice chair of the board, taking a lead on organisational development and internal communications. Back on Track is a forward-looking organisation with plans to expand, and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of our development. This is a voluntary role. Deadline for applications: Feb 2012.
You will need significant experience of management, HR and organisational development within any sector. You also need to be able to commit time to the role (estimated at around half a day a month, but more at busy times). Download the information pack below for more details.
