n Senior Education Coordinator (Curriculum Manager)
We have a great opportunity to make a big difference to the lives of people facing disadvantage in our community. Back on Track is a charity that runs an education and training centre in Manchester city centre, where we offer courses, activities and support. We work with people affected by homelessness, mental health problems, problematic drug and alcohol use, and offending.
The Senior Education Coordinator is a key role and a rare permanent post at Back on Track. We are looking for a candidate who is creative, an inspiring teacher with great management skills and values that align with our own.
The postholder will coordinate and co-produce a learning programme for Back on Track service users, quality assure the programme and work collaboratively with other teams to enable people to progress.
Contract: This is a full time permanent contract (we would consider a 0.8 post) Salary: The post holder will be appointed on points 32-36 on the NJC scale (currently £29,055 – £32,233 per annum pro rata), depending on qualifications / experience relevant to this role.
