matrix award
In April 2010 we were awarded the matrix Standard – the national quality mark for adult careers guidance. An independent matrix assessor visited Back on Track to speak to service users, partner organisations and staff, before awarding the quality mark. We were delighted that the assessment highlighted a number of strengths in our guidance service. Here are some quotes from the report:
