Become a trustee

We are recruiting several new trustees to join the current Back on Track Board, which provides effective and appropriate governance to the charity. Back on Track particularly needs trustees with a background or experience and knowledge of the health sector, criminal justice and/or social enterprise. We are also recruiting trustee/s with special responsibility for finance (including a Treasurer) – see the information below.

We particularly welcome applications from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates and people with lived experience of criminal justice, drug and alcohol misuse, mental ill health or homelessness, who are currently under represented on the Board.

We are looking for new trustee/s to sit on the Finance Committee and to act as Back on Track’s Treasurer.  If you are interested in becoming a member of the Finance Committee or our Treasurer, please read the information below and explain your relevant skills and experience in the application form.
