Back on Track is a charity that enables disadvantaged adults to make lasting, positive changes in their lives. We work with people who are going through a process of recovery or rehabilitation, having been through problems with alcohol or drugs, offending, homelessness and mental health. Our learning centre in Manchester offers a range of support and activities including training courses, one to one guidance and work experience.
